Did you know that the average person consumes about one cup of sugar every day?
That's a lot of sugar! That's a lot of calories without much nutrition!
Try to go one day without sugar.
Read product labels. They will surprise you with the amount of sugar, fructose, or syrup they contain. Ingredients are listed in order of amount. So the closer to the top of the list, the more of that ingredient is in the product.
Eat at least one meal a day for your immune system. It should include plenty of fruits and vegetables.
Don't be foolish enough to dig your own grave with a fork and spoon!
