I am not a nutrition professional, this is based on my experimenting on myself and what I have learned from others. I have no affiliation with any of the products mentioned here.
For anyone running further than about 6 miles (10 kilometers) you need to start thinking about how you are going to provide energy for your body.
You have basically four choices.
What you eat may be unique to you. Experiment on yourself. Listen to your body.
